Free Delivery when you spend over €100 in Ireland.
Shipping is free if you spend €100 or more. However this offer does not apply to items that exceed 10kg.
Estimated Delivery Times
Prints are shipped twice a week on Monday and Thursday. Prints are sent by standard post with no tracking available. Prints should arrive within 1-2 days.
All other items
Bulkier items are sent express with An Post with next day delivery. Tracking is available on these items
Items that are only available for pre-order will take longer to deliver so please email or call to discuss. These items will not fall under the free shipping offer.
We are currently only offering shipping in Ireland however we will be offering shipping in the UK and the rest of Europe later in the year.
If you'd like to save on postage you can collect your purchase from Dear Trudy in Skerries, Co. Dublin. Please contact me directly to arrange.
Changed Your Mind?
If you order a product and have changed your mind, firstly please inform us by email within 1 week of receiving the product. When the return has been confirmed by Dear Trudy, please complete the Returns Form, sent with your order and return immediately. We must receive the return within 1 week. Anything after that date will not be accepted.
The returned item must be in its original packaging and packed as it was when you received it. Any products that arrive back to Dear Trudy damaged due to poor packaging will not be refunded. It’s important to obtain proof of postage. We are not responsible for items that have gone walkabout in transit. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. If the return was part or all of the order availing of the free shipping over €100 offer, the shipping cost will be redeemed from your refund amount.
If you receive damaged products, please take a photo and email us immediately. We must receive the email and photo within 24 hours of you receiving it. We will organise either a replacement or refund. You decide!
Please note that ALL deliveries will be made between 9 - 5pm on a working day, this means that all shipping addresses need to have a person available between these times to accept. Parcels that need to be re-directed due to no-one being at address will incur additional shipping charges.
